We need quality driven and customer focussed staff, must have technical and repair ability (preferably with proven experience on coffee machines, NOT vending machines, but the type of barista Machines you find in coffee shops), excellent interpersonal skills and committed to customer satisfaction. Someone who is a full service engineer with good diagnosis skills is vital for this role of Field Service Engineer, Coffee Machine Engineer.
