Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Luton, salary of up to 19k depending on experience, Mon to Fri, 21 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays, Free Parking and other company benefits for the Warehouse Team Leader Role
The person I am looking for must be an experienced Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor who understand all aspects of Warehouse as well as able to deal with Staffing issues, control of absence, disciplinary procedures, must be computer literate, good customer service skills and commercially aware and must have current Forklift Licences. You must be able to deputise in the Warehouse Manager’s absence when on holiday or on days off.
Tasks to oversee also include, perpetual stock take, Health and Safety, Next day delivery, risk assessments as well as train and motivate staff in this role of Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor.
We are looking for someone to come in, organise and control the warehouse to maximise efficiency and set up controls in our company which is growing quickly and not been hit by the economic climate.
The successful Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor will need to work hard to maintain standards that need to be in place and report back to the Warehouse Manager of progress, stock control issues as well as staffing requirements.
