For those of you considering recruiting non-commercial staff, you may have noticed that our website is very much targeted at attracting candidates rather than being client focused. Indeed, our website is one of our most important tools in generating exceptional candidates. And afterall, with no candidates; we have no business!
So, why come to Heroes ?
Let's be blunt shall we! We know that you have a large choice when it comes to choosing a recruitment company to provide you with non-office staff. Without mentioning names, it's a sad fact that there are all too many cowboys in this business. Organisations that will lie to you about a candidate's background or qualifications; recruiters who will cut corners by not properly checking out a temp before sending them out on a booking or for an interview. And you may well have had experience of these companies.
But at Heroes, we play it straight. If you want real honesty without compromise; you'll find us a breath of fresh air. If we haven't got anyone good enough for you, we'll let you know. We would rather walk away from a temp booking than risk loosing a client by sending you someone who is not up to scratch. Our approach is the same when it comes to permanent recruitment. If we wouldn't take someone on ourselves...why would you?

- We personally interview every candidate (not all Recruiters do this, remember)
- Wherever possible, we talk with a candidate's previous employer; establishing if they really are as good as they say they are!
- We thoroughly assess candidates skills; IT, numeracy, literacy etc
- We make sure that they have the qualifications & certificates they say they have.
In short we only submit people that we believe in; people that we'd hire ourselves. We are very choosy! Elitist perhaps! However; the confidence in our processes means that we can back up our claims by offering outstanding guarantees. We put our money where our mouth is....
